May Alliance Meeting: May 18 2:00 p.m.

This month’s meeting will be held at the TDA offices. Join us for a “Speed Packaging” seminar. We’re bringing back this old favorite just in time for you to build your Endless Summer packages.

Modeled after speed dating, you will have the opportunity to meet and network with other industry professionals across multiple accommodations, lodging properties, and attractions.

Be sure to bring plenty of business cards and your offerings. Details will be given at the beginning of this exciting and productive hour, so make sure to arrive promptly.

Package and Coupon Assistance

Interested in cross-marketing, combining marketing efforts, or
creating custom packages with other Alliance members? The TDA is currently collecting information on packages and coupons offered by Alliance members. More than just accommodations, we are looking for attractions, restaurants and even event planners to contribute to the database. All Alliance stakeholders are encouraged to submit their contact information and packaging interests to this database.

Last Call for Fall Events

The time to submit your event for “Experience the Autumn Peaks” is now. Please send your event details to Crystal Millwood as soon as possible. The marketing committee will make recommendations at this month’s meeting for events. Event representatives will be notified in June if their event was selected.

You may be eligible to receive marketing assistance from the TDA for your event. Event Seasons are a unique marketing product offered by the TDA to collectively promote seasonal events in Rutherford County and in the county overall as a tourism destination.
