Strategic Planning: Your Next Alliance Meeting: December 15th
The next Alliance meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 16 at 2 p.m. The meeting will be held at Bennett Classics Auto Museum. Click here for directions (map link to 241 Vance St, Forest City).
This monthʼs meeting will focus on planning and writing the TDAʼs 2010/11 Strategic Plan. The discussion will include a review of the processes for designing and writing a strategic plan. The strategic plan will map out how to reach our goals and objectives, and it will provide a guide for managing the day to day operations of the TDA. Weʼd like for you to take this opportunity to share your thoughts and help the TDA build strategies to benefit our community and businesses. You can have an impact.
Also, we are always interested in finding better ways to serve you, we have developed a survey that weʼd like for you to take a few minutes to complete. It will be distributed to stakeholders and the Alliance meeting will be your first chance to participate. Used to gather your thoughts on the TDA, items and tasks we need to consider, and your overall understanding of what we do, the results of this survey will be central to our strategic plan.
