Want to know more about the Dirty Dancing Festival at Lake Lure taking place this September 17-18?  Then, come to one of the two upcoming Dirty Dancing Festival community meetings.  The first will be Thursday, July 29^th at 10:30am at the Holiday Inn Express in Forest City; the second will be Wednesday, August 4th at 6pm at The Old Rock Cafe in Chimney Rock.  Learn more about the event, its large anticipated tourism draw, its potential for an strong positive effect on our area and its businesses, and how you can get involved. The Chimney Rock meeting in particular, will also discuss the logistics-planning for the event.
